Website Support Request Requirements:

• Each property includes one (1) website support submission per month

• All edits, links, and attachments must be included in one single submission

• Requests are handled first-come, first-served

• Standard processing time is within seven (7) business days, excluding holidays

• Urgent or rush requests are not offered at this time

• Attachments must be clearly labeled with the property name and document purpose

• Incomplete requests may be returned and re-queued

• Additional website support requests are billed separately; contact APM for details
