Service for Obtaining Certificates of Insurance
We
are pleased to announce that beginning July 1, 2007, we will be able to
handle certificate of insurance requests from lenders, mortgage brokers,
closing agents, homeowners, realtors and others through an automated process.
We have made arrangements with EOI Direct to provide instant access and
delivery of policy information to serve your certificate of insurance needs.
Individuals
in need of a certificate of insurance may visit www.eoidirect.com, and
immediately download a certificate of insurance with no waiting.
EOI Direct does charge a delivery fee for mortgagee clause additions, but
there is no cost to register for this service and master policy information
is available free of charge to our clients. EOI Direct’s help desk may
also be reached toll-free at 1-877-456-3643 for any assistance needed Monday
through Friday, 7AM-6PM (Mountain Time).
Our
office will continue to monitor and update policy information as it changes.
We hope you will find that this new service will add to the ease, convenience
and expedited efficiency in obtaining requested certificates of insurance.
