ARC Information
The Architectural Review Committe was established to ensure homeowners adhrere to community standards when personalizing and improving their respective property or home. Any time you want to make an improvement to your property or home
which changes it from it's original state when purchased you are required to complete an ARC request form and submit to the ARC for approval. This is done to ensure community compliance in such a manner so as to preserve and enhance home values and to maintan the harmonious relationship among structures and the natural vegitation and topography.
Under - Article IV - Architectual
Control, Section 4.3:
"Submission of Plans and
Specifications. No building or other structure of any character
shall be erected or placed, or the erection or placing thereof commenced
upon a lot, nor shall any other improvement be made unless plans and specifications inluding a description of any proposed use thereof shall have been submitted to and approved in writing by the ARC. Such plans and specification shall be subitted in two duplicate sets and shall be in such a form and shall contain such information as may be required by the ARC. One (1) complete set of such plans and specifications shall be permanetly lodged with the ARC.
