Pineda Crossing neighborhood consists of 519 homes, divided into 4 phases with 8 lakes and many tracts of preserve land, along with common areas for residents to enjoy. Most of the community is accessible by sidewalks and overhead street light-ing maintained by Brevard County. All homeowners are members of the Pineda Crossing Homeowner’s Association (PCHOA) and the association is governed by a volunteer BOD (Board of Directors), elected annually in January. The Board of Directors has the assistance of Advanced Property Management Company (APM) to help manage our large community. Our community is governed by the adopted By-Laws and Covenants of Pineda Crossing Homeowners Association. Monthly meetings of the BOD to conduct business matters of our association take place on the last Wednesday of each month. Residents are encouraged to attend and are welcome to bring suggestions, ideas and concerns to the board. USEFUL INFORMATION: Waste Management is our trash provider. New Trash containers- Green Lid - trash will be picked up on Tuesday and Friday
Please use own container for yard waste which will also be collected on Tuesday. Remember to have cans out by 6 am. Remove all cans after collection to an approved location. Thanks!
Watering Restrictions: From the Saint Johns River Water Management District. No watering between 10 am and 4 pm. Watering days are: Odd street address homes on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Even street number homes are on Thursdays and Sundays. If you ever have any questions, please call: 1-800-232-0904. Thanks.
